Do you open on weekends / bank holidays?

We’re off walkies on weekends and bank holidays! If you’ve sent us a message or placed an order, our team will be back on the next working day to get things sorted and your goodies on their way.

What if I receive a different toy to what was advertised?

Very occasionally, stock deliveries can be delayed. If this affects your order, we’ll give you a ring first. Can’t get through? We’ll follow up with an email and offer a replacement toy of your choice. If it’s a time-sensitive order – like a birthday
