Very occasionally, stock deliveries can be delayed. If this affects your order, we’ll give you a ring first. Can’t get through? We’ll follow up with an email and offer a replacement toy of your choice. If it’s a time-sensitive order – like a birthday box – and we can’t reach you, we’ll pop in a similar toy so your pup doesn’t miss out on their special day.
